The 72nd Annual Day of Prayer will take place Thursday, May 4th. Millions will unite in prayer as thousands of events will take place from coast to coast. Our theme for the 2023 National Day of Prayer is “Pray Fervently in Righteousness and Avail Much.” The theme comes from the words of James in James 5:16 “The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” Please join us on Thursday, May 4th, at Shepherd of the Pines in Rice, for National Day of Prayer. We will have supper from 5:00-6:15p. Service will be at 6:30pm if you feel the tugging of the Holy Spirit to be involved with others in praying for God to move and work in our community.
