    Spirit 92.9 FM > Hugs & Hope

Each year, hundreds of children in our community are rescued from abuse, neglect, and abandonment. They are afraid, disoriented, and desperate for comfort. Many enter the foster care system with nothing to call their own. Spirit 92.9 is partnering with Pockets of Hope to give these children Hugs & Hope.

Pockets of Hope was formed in 2014 with the mission of bringing hope and comfort to children experiencing the difficult transition into foster care in central Minnesota. The organization gives foster children new backpacks filled with items they need and items they can call their own, providing a light of hope for the future.
