St. Andrews Catholic Church in Elk River will have their Fall Festival on Sunday, September 15th. 11:30am-4:45pm. Festivities include: food court, local food trucks, beer garden, bingo, grand raffle, silent auction, children’s games, youth gaming tent, cake walk, quilt raffle, and farmers market.
