Shepherd of the Pines Lutheran Church, located at 1950 125th Street NW in Rice, is hosting a free VBS program for kids who are between age 4 and 5th grade. VBS is scheduled for Sunday, June 2nd, through Thursday, June 6th, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each evening. There will be a picnic to kick off VBS on Sunday, June 2nd, at 5 p.m. There’s enough space to host 130 children, so admission will go on a first-come first-serve basis.
